The equipment is able to highly efficiently treat plane and embossed workpiece,board surface or workpieces with base coat,removing dust from workpiece surface,embossed surface and side.Workpiece dedusting before paint spraying is very important as the cleanliness of workpiece surface directly affects the quality after paint spraying.
Conveying frequency conversion configuration:The system controls the production speed actually required and stores data.
Ascending-descending configuration:The system automatically controls the equipment movement to the height required for the workpieces and stores data so the boards smoothly go through the sweeping procedure.
Hair brush head configuration:3 groups of anti-static hair brush,including 2 on the top and 1 on the bottom.
Static electricity eliminator:1 group of static electricity eliminating rod.
Air blowing and cleaning configuration:1 group of timed top-rotational air blowing device and 1 group of timed air blowing device.
